The regions of Leonida
GTA 6 is set in Leonida, Rockstar's fictional version of Florida. Here is what we know about each area so far.
- Vice City
- The main city on the southeast coast, inspired by Miami: beaches, high-rises, nightlife and a major port.
- Leonida Keys
- An island chain off the southern tip, connected by long bridges, based on the Florida Keys.
- Grassrivers
- Huge wetlands full of sawgrass, mangroves and alligators, modelled on the Everglades.
- Port Gellhorn
- A run-down Gulf Coast town in the northwest, echoing the Florida Panhandle.
- Ambrosia
- An inland town built around a sugar refinery, like the farming towns near Lake Okeechobee.
- Mount Kalaga National Park
- The northern wilderness, with forests and trails for off-roading and hunting.
